A good map overall. A bit educational as well. Makes you learn the names of European regions. I however have some remarks on their naming:
1) Spotted two territories unnamed - T88 & T106, in Prussia and Anatolia respectively.
2) Spelling mistakes - Carelia (should be Karelia), Fex (should be Fez in Morocco), Oran2 (probably a technical - forgot to remove the number), Schleswigholstein (should be hyphenated Schleswig-Holstein).
3) I recommend renaming Constantinople to Thrace - a historical region that corresponds exactly to that area. It is divided into three parts - Eastern (Turkey), Western (Greece), and Upper (Bulgaria).
4) Also recommend using the Medieval Byzantine or Antiquity names for the regions in Anatolia, in concordance with Morea for Peloponnese.
5) Tunisia and Tunis are a bit misleading. Should probably change one of them to avoid confusion.
Appearance is rather confusing. Way too hackly continental borders, especially towards the Misty Mountains. Zigzags make it hard to orientate which is whose. Even apart from that it would have been far more visually appealing without them. Then borders within continents are black. If a player chooses black colour then borders become indistinguishable. Should have picked a neutral colour or forbid players choosing black. Mordor is too heavily and easily defended. It should be open from the East or SE.
